How to install the Nexvio integration for Slack
- Sign in to your Nexvio dashboard and open the Connections page.
- In the integrations/connections page, select Slack and click the Add to Slack button.
- Review the requested Slack scopes and authorize Nexvio for the workspace where you want to use the bot.
- For normal mode, choose the channels where Nexvio should respond when it's mentioned (for example @Nexvio in #support).
- To use Nexvio as an AI agent inside Slack, open your chat widget in the dashboard, go to its Integrate tab, and connect the widget to Slack. This enables full-thread AI assistance in the channels you configure.
- Save your settings and send a test message in a configured Slack channel to confirm that Nexvio responds as expected.
The official Slack "Add to Slack" button is shown inside your authenticated dashboard on the Connections page, so only workspace admins can complete the installation.
